  1. Mix one part Soya mince to 3 parts boiling water and let stand. After 5 minutes, drain.
  2. Fry Mushrooms in Olive Oil while you wait.
  3. After water has evaporated from the Mushrooms, add Garlic and Italian Seasoning. Fry a further minute or two.
  4. Add Soya Mince to the pan. Cook until excess water has evaporated.
