Instructions to make Banana Balls:
  1. Take a mixing bowl pour there Maida, sugar, baking powder, dessicated coconut powder, cardamom powder mix it. Then add banana Pulp and mix it perfectly. Then slowly….slowly add Milk to it and prepare a batter.
  2. The consistency should be like our pakora batter.
  3. Now turn on the gas flame. Place a kadhai pour there oil. Wait for the oil to hot. Then start making banana balls. With your own hand start making like pakoras. Slow the flame and fry if one side done then turn it to other side. Check it is cooked or not.
  4. Then transfer it to a plate. Repeat the same as other in making banana balls. Serve it with Chocolate sauce. Kids will definitely enjoy in having this.
