  1. Boil water in a vessel add salt,oil and boil noodles for 6-7 minutes.
  2. Rinse the noodles under running water and add few drops of oil to avoid stickiness.
  3. Now for frying,heat the oil in a wok and add these boiled noodles and fry till light golden and crispy from both sides.
  4. Now for sauce take a wok, heat the oil,add ginger garlic and saute for a second, and now add sliced onion and all veggies and saute them for 1-2 minutes at high flame.
  5. Now add all sauces and saute it again for 1-2 minutes at high flame.And add salt and black pepper powder too.And mix it.
  6. Now add water,mix well and bring it to a boil.Now add water and cornstarch mixture and cook it until it thickens.Mix well.
