The ingredients needed to make Chop Suey:
  1. Get 1 cup boiled noodles
  2. Take 4-5 tbsp oil
  3. Get 1/4 cup onion sliced
  4. Get 1 tsp chopped ginger and galic
  5. Get 1/2 cup veggies chopped (of your choice)
  6. Prepare 3 tbsp Tomato ketchup
  7. Prepare 1 tbsp cornflour
  8. Get 1 cup water

  11. Make ready 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes
  12. Prepare 2 tsp vinegar
Instructions to make Chop Suey:
  1. In a pan add little oil and boiled noodles and let it get pan fried.
  2. And take it out in a bowl.
  3. In same pan add little oil add garlic, ginger and sautey then add rest of the veggies lightly saute them add salt, pepper powder, vinegar and tomato sauce,..cook for few minutes. Now add water and in that water add cornflour mixed in little water, mix well cook for 2 more minutes and done.
  4. Serve with the noodles.
  5. Enjoy!
