The ingredients needed to make Banana Gulgule:
- Prepare 3 + 1 overripe bananas
- Get 1 cup whole wheat flour
- Take 1/2 cup sugar, powdered
- Get 3 green cardamom
- Take 10-12 black pepper
- Prepare 10-12 kismis
- Prepare 1/2 tsp saunf
- Make ready 1/4 tsp salt
- Get 1/3 tsp baking soda
- Get Ghee + oil to deep fry
Instructions to make Banana Gulgule:
- Peel, chop and mash one banana. Rest three bananas to be pureed in grinder.
- Grind sugar, cardamom and black pepper to powder.
- In a mixing bowl take wheat flour, mashed and pureed bananas, and rest all ingredients. - Mix well to form a thick batter. Rest for 15 minutes.
- Heat ghee+oil. Drop batter with a spoon/palm. And fry in low to medium heat, both sides.
- When gulgule becomes golden brown drain them out of the oil. Serve hot the flavourful and delicious gulgule. Thanks
