  6. Cook for about 50-60 (depending on size)
  7. Let it rest for about 5 minutes. Enjoy!
  8. *if you’re not sure on how to cut it. We would always cut the legs and wings off first then cut right by the breast bone, cut down and to the side. Just like cutting a turkey!
