  5. Arrange in a large pan, and arrange garlic cloves around hens
  6. Roast 25 minutes
  7. Continue roasting about 25 minutes longer, or until hens are golden brown and juices run clear
  8. Baste with pan juices every 10 minutes
  9. Once done, pour any cavity juices and garlic cloves into a medium sauce pan and boil until liquids reduce to a sauce consistency
  10. Spoon sauce and garlic around hens
  11. Garnish with rosemary and serve
