  1. Take the potatoes peel them and boil them in a pressure cooker.let the potatoes to cool down and mash them
  2. Now heat oil in a pan add finely chopped onion,garlic,ginger,green chili and fry till become light goldren in colour
  3. Then add turmeric powered,roasted cumin and red chili powder and chat masala to the pan and add salt to taste
  4. Fry for few seconds and then add the mashed potatoes and mix with the mixture well. Fry the mixture for 10 mins stirring and turn off the heat
  5. Now sprinkle some salt and black pepper powder all over the egg
  6. Take some potato mixture with in your plam flatten it.place half egg in the centre and carefully wrap it with the potato mixture.
  7. Shap it by gently pressing with in your palm and give it oval shape
  8. Then beat 2 whole eggs with some salt, pepper.dip one wrapped egg into this beaten egg.
  9. Now roll it in breadcrumbs.
  10. Then keep the coated egg in refrigerator for 30 mins.Then drop them gently in hot oil fry them for 4 mins on medium heat by rotating the sides.when they become golden in colour remove them from oil
  11. Lastly serve hot by sprinkling some black salt on the dimer devil and serve with kasundi,salad
