The ingredients needed to make Tofu Paratha:
- Prepare 250 gms Tofu
- Make ready 3 Garlic flakes
- Get Handful fresh parsley
- Make ready to taste Salt
- Prepare 2.5 ladles Whole Wheat flour
Instructions to make Tofu Paratha:
- Take Tofu (soyabean curd) and crumble or break into pieces.
- Blend Tofu, garlic flakes and fresh parsley with 1/2 cup water to make a smooth paste.
- Once blended, remove the paste in a deep vessel, add 1/2 cup more water in blender and shake to completely remove all the tofu particles and add into the same vessel.
- Add 2.5 ladles of wheat flour into this deep vessel and knead into a soft dough.
- Make balls from this dough. Makes about 10-12 balls depending on how thick or thin u want to make the paratha.
- Roll out each ball to make a round paratha and cook on a hot non-stick tawa.
- Flip to cook on the other side. Add some oil to cook well.
- Serve with yummy pine-Zapple saucy dip.
