- Take 2 cups full fat milk
- Get 1 cup mango pulp
- Take 4 tbsp sugar–(adjust)

- Make ready 2 teaspoon custard powder
- Prepare 2 tbsp sugar for caramelization
- Get 8-10 sweet cherries
Instructions to make Mango Flan:
- In a heavy bottom pot caramelized the sugar and pour into custard mould and keep it aside
- Heat milk in a pan add sugar and mix well
- Dissolve custard powder in two tablespoon milk, and add to milk, mix well
- Stir continuously until milk thickens. Switch off the heat and cool the custard to the room temperature
- Add mango pulp to custard and mix well
- Blend two beaten eggs and mango essence, in the custard,until well combined
- Add chopped almonds and mix. Pour the mixture into prepared mould over caramelize sugar.
- Steam this custard for 20 to 25 minutes
- Let it cool this prepared flan on room temperature.
- Refrigerate flan for three to four hours until set.
- Take it out from the refrigerator and decorate it with cherries and mango
- And the chilled mango Flan is ready
