- For pudding mixture, boil milk with sugar till sugar is dissolve.
- In mixie jar, beat the eggs, add essence, milk mixture then blend it till it mixes well.
- Now pour the mixture in caramel mould.
- Heat the water in cooker, place the steel strainer in it,then place the mould on strainer. Remove whistle and ring of cooker lid the close the lid steam the pudding on low to medium heat for 30 to 35 mins.
- Check the pudding is ready or not with help of knife or skewer.
- When it's done remove from cooker let it cool down at room temperature. Then keep it in fridge for 1 hr.
- The take out the flan in plate, cut and serve your caramel pudding or flan is ready.
