- Take 15 g Butter
- Get 50 g Pecorino Romano
- Prepare 1 stock cube (Beef, Chicken, or Vegetable)
- Get 400 ml boiled water
- Make ready 75 g Polenta
These polenta chips are super easy to make and so delicious. They always come out crispy on the outside, fluffy in the middle and so full of flavour! Steps to make Polenta Chips:
- Boil the water in a pot and add the stock cube.
- Gradually whisk in the polenta until it reaches a thick polenta reaches a porridge like consistency.

- Line a baking tray with cling film and pour in the mixture into the pan.

- Remove the polenta from the fridge. Turn it over onto a chopping board and peel away the cling film.
- Cut into chips and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil and place in the oven for 35mins or until browned.
