  1. Take the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Add chopped spinach, salt and pepper, carrom seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger and malai in it. Mix well.
  3. Add some water and knead a tight dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  4. Now take a small ball from the dough.
  5. Dust with wheat flour & roll it with a rolling pin.
  6. Heat a tawa. Put some ghee on it.
  7. Place the parantha on it.
  8. Flip off after one min.
  9. Put some ghee on it & shallow fry from both sides until it crispy and golden.
  10. It's ready. Serve with curd and pickle.
