- Take the wheat flour in a large mixing bowl.
- Add chopped spinach, salt and pepper, carrom seeds, onion, green chillies, ginger and malai in it. Mix well.
- Add some water and knead a tight dough. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
- Now take a small ball from the dough.
- Dust with wheat flour & roll it with a rolling pin.
- Heat a tawa. Put some ghee on it.
- Place the parantha on it.
- Flip off after one min.
- Put some ghee on it & shallow fry from both sides until it crispy and golden.
- It's ready. Serve with curd and pickle.
