  4. Take the meat out and put on a wire rack with a tray under it. Place back in the oven and cook for a further 5 minutes. Clean the baking dish.
  5. Cut the buns through the middle
  6. Place the base of the buns in the baking dish dish add slab of meat
  7. Add cheese, tomato ketchup, mustard and onion
  8. Sliced pickles
  9. Put the top of the bun on
  10. Brush top with melted butter and bake till the top is brown
