Hey everyone, it is John, welcome to my recipe page. Today, we’re going to make a special dish, chinese meatballs. One of my favorites. For mine, I will make it a bit unique. This will be really delicious.

Chinese meatballs - one of those recipes that, like Chinese fishballs, I've been wanting to blog on for a long, long time. However, despite making them pretty regularly, I've never photographed the method. This is the most easy Chinese meatball recipe with super simple ingredients and a wonderful, fresh dipping sauce.

To begin with this recipe, we have to prepare a few ingredients. You can cook chinese meatballs using 8 ingredients and 11 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Chinese meatballs:
  1. Get 250 gms mutton/lamb mince
  2. Take 2 Onions
  3. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon White vinegar
  4. Prepare 3 Green chillies
  5. Take 1 bunch Coriander leave
  6. Take 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  7. Get To taste Salt
  8. Take 1/3 teaspoon Soya sauce

Korean Chinese Meatballs or Nanja Wans is one of the most popular dishes among Koreans. This is one of my favourite recipes from mum's kitchen. I call them Chinese meatballs for lack of a better name, but I suppose they sound more acceptable than pork balls. These Chinese meatballs are juicy, melt in the mouth and then cooked in a spicy Chinese sauce.

Steps to make Chinese meatballs:
  1. Chop onion, green chilli & coriander leaves
  2. In a mixing bowl add mince along with onion and green chilli.
  3. Add coriander leaves
  4. Add white vinegar and soya sauce mix it well.
  5. Now add turmeric powder and salt.
  6. Mix all well.
  7. Now make small balls from the mixture.
  8. Now heat water in a wok and place strainer over it (this is for steaming) Grease strainer with some oil.
  9. Now place all the balls on a strainer and cover it with a lid, cooked for 15 to 20 minutes on a high flame or until balls become soft, juice and tender.
  10. Once it's done open a lid and check the balls if it's become soft off the flame
  11. Now place these balls in a serving bowl topped with Coriander leaves and it's ready to serve.
