  2. Saute Onion in butter until softened.
  3. Mix onions, breadcrumbs, milk, mustard, salt, and pepper. Add beef and mix well.

  5. Place meatballs in greased baking dish
  6. In a saucepan combine beef broth, ginger snaps, water, brown sugar and bouillon.
  7. Cook over low heat, stirring for 2-3 minutes (until thickened)
  8. Pour sauce over meatballs. Cover and cook for 30-35 min
  9. Uncover and cook for 5 min (until meat is no longer pink)
