  5. To make the sauce, mix the ketchup and Worcester sauce into a microwavable cup, heat for 20 sec. Pour it on the meat loaf when eating.

Remove vegetables from heat and pour into a medium-sized mixing bowl. Unwrap tofu and add to mixing bowl along with remaining ingredients. Combine all ingredients and mix well. Place in a loaf pan coated with oil. Garnish with ketchup, BBQ sauce, and/or chopped parsley.
