  5. Now add 2 cups spinach water that you stored while draining boiled spinach to make pureed. Add turmeric powder, red chilli powder, salt as per taste. Mix it well and let it cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Once pureed starts thickening slightly, then add paneer (cut in small pieces) and let it cook for 2 minutes more. Palak paneer is ready to serve.
