  1. Make ready 2-3 ripe banana paste (I have taken kanthali)
  2. Get 1 1/2 cup maida

  6. Get 1 tsp sauf
  7. Take 1 tbsp baking powder

Instructions to make Banana Pakora:
  1. In a mixture grinder make a paste of ripe banana.
  2. Then pour banana paste in a mixing bowl then add maida, sugar, baking powder, cardamom and sauf. Mix all dry ingredients well.
  3. Now slowly add milk and keep stirring if needed add water slowly making a smooth batter. Use a whisker for best result.
  4. Heat oil in a deep and heavy bottom vessel. When fumes start coming from the oil now with the help of a ladle add mixture into the oil. Fry one or two pieces at a time and turn only once. When pokaras become golden brown and pluffy take it out on a tissue paper to soak excess oil.
