  18. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
Instructions to make Corn Palak Spinach:
  1. First wash 7 to 8 times Spinach with water so, that all it's dirt will remove. Then strain them and boil it by adding 1 glass of water for 5 mins. Cool it for 5 mins and keep it outside.
  2. Now turn on the gas place a kadhai pour there 3 Tablespoon of oil and fry onion, garlic, green chilli, cloves and saute it in oil for 5 mins. Then cool it for 5 mins and grind it along with the boiled spinach to a fine paste.
  3. Now turn on the gas flame 🔥 place a kadhai pour there 1 tablespoons of oil, when the smoke comes add there prepared Masala with Spinach. Cook it for 5 mins in medium flame.
  4. Cook it by covering the lid of the kadhai for 5 mins, if needed then add 5 Tablespoon of water to it. Cook it in slow flame. Add there red chilli powder, salt and saute it for 3 to 4 mins.
  5. Now add garam masala, curry powder to it and cook it for 5 more mins. Then it done at last but not least low the gas flame and add fresh cream. Stir it well for 2 to 3 mins. Turn off the gas flame.
  6. For tadka Turn the flame place a tadka pan pour there 1 tablespoons of ghee, cumin seeds, dry red chilli and a pinch of ghee to it, when it start's splitter then turn off the gas. It's ready to serve with Paratha.
