The ingredients needed to make Chunky Guacamole:
- Take 4 Hass Avocado (Ripe, seeded, diced and scooped from peel)
- Take 1 Roma Tomato (Large, seeds and pulp removed then diced)
- Prepare 3/4 cup Red Onion (finely chopped)
- Prepare 2 tbsp Cilantro (Chopped)
- Make ready 1 1/2 tbsp Lime Juice (Fresh)

Instructions to make Chunky Guacamole:
- Partially mash avocados with a fork on a cutting board or in a large bowl.
- Pour lime juice over top and continue to mash avocados to reach desired consistency.(I kept it very chunky)
- Run chopped red onions under cold water (to remove harsh bite from onion), drain well.
- Add onions to avocado mixture, along with diced tomato, garlic, cilantro, cayenne pepper and season with salt and pepper to taste, stir to combine.
