  5. In the same frying pan stir-fry the mushroom quickly and add the dashi stock, soy sauce, sugar and mirin.
  6. Check the taste and if it is alright, add the katakuriko dissolved in water to thicken the sauce. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and pour over the burgers.
