- In a pan on medium heat, heat the oil and add cumin seeds. Once it starts changing colour add the grated aubergine, green chilli and sliced capsicum. Toss it and add salt to taste, chilli powder, turmeric and lemon juice. Let it cook for few minutes until aubergine cooked. Do not over cook it.
